1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Gods and Myths ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Gods and Myths mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Gods and Myths is a social casino game designed purely for entertainment purposes. The App features a 5×6 slot reel board with pay-anywhere mechanics, tumble and cascade wins, a Fortune Wheel bonus game, a cosmetic shop with unlockable backgrounds, immersive audio, and a luxurious gold-themed user interface inspired by Greek mythology and Mount Olympus.
Gods and Myths does not offer real money gambling. No real money is required to play, and no real money can be won. The App does not facilitate any form of real-money wagering, betting, or gambling. All gameplay involves virtual credits that hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real currency, goods, or services.
3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you are strictly prohibited from using the App, and you must uninstall it immediately.
4. Virtual Currency
The App provides virtual credits ("Credits") that are used exclusively within the App for gameplay purposes. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Credits are virtual items with no real-world monetary value.
- Credits cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or refunded for real money, goods, or any other items of tangible value.
- Credits are non-transferable and may not be sold, traded, or given to other users outside the App's intended functionality.
- We reserve the right to manage, modify, adjust, or eliminate Credits at our sole discretion, with or without notice, and we shall have no liability to you or any third party for doing so.
- Any purchase of Credits is final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, animations, game mechanics, visual designs, software code, and the overall look and feel — are the exclusive property of Gods and Myths or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
6. User Conduct
You agree to use the App in a lawful and respectful manner. You shall not:
- Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise extract the source code of the App.
- Exploit bugs, glitches, or design flaws to gain an unfair advantage or disrupt the experience of other users.
- Use automated scripts, bots, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software to interact with the App.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App or its servers.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App, other user accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the App.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOU USE THE APP AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Gods and Myths, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in full force and effect.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gods and Myths is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to revise, amend, or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
