Understanding This Policy

Gods and Myths is a social casino game built purely for entertainment — there's no real-money gambling involved. This Privacy Policy walks you through what happens with your information when you play. The App is operated by Gods and Myths, and using it means you're okay with the practices described below.

This policy covers both the App and our companion website at thunder0006.com.

Handling Your Data

We try to keep things lean. Here's everything we touch, what it's for, and how long it sticks around.

Picking Up the Basics Automatically

Anonymous identifier. The first time you launch the App, we generate a random, anonymous identifier and store it on your device. It lets us recognize the same installation across sessions for things like in-app progress and customer support, but it isn't tied to your name, email, or any real-world account. It stays on your device until you clear the App's data or uninstall.

Device language and region. We check your device's language setting so we can display the App in your preferred language and serve you the right content for your region.

Using the Built-in Browser

In-app browser. The App includes a built-in browser used to show the Privacy Policy and the Support page directly inside the App. The browser itself doesn't collect anything beyond what we already mention here.

Cookies and local storage. Like any browser, the in-app browser supports cookies (including third-party cookies) and local storage so the pages you load can work properly. Any websites you visit through it operate under their own privacy practices. You can wipe these by clearing the App's data in your device settings.

Measuring How People Find Us

Advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID). Android assigns each device a resettable advertising identifier. We collect it so we can understand which ads or marketing channels brought you to the App. You can reset this identifier or opt out of personalised advertising at any time under Settings > Google > Ads on your device.

Attribution data. Together with the advertising identifier, we collect information about where you came from — for example, whether you arrived organically, through an ad, or via a specific campaign — along with the install referrer details that the Play Store provides. This helps us measure how well our marketing is working.

How long we keep this. Attribution data is processed by our partner (see "Sharing With Third Parties" below) and held for as long as their service requires it. The advertising identifier itself is managed by Google Play Services on your device and can be reset by you at any time.

Storing Things Locally

App preferences and settings. Your sound preferences, selected backgrounds, in-game balance, betting preferences, and other gameplay settings are stored locally on your device only. They aren't uploaded to our servers — clearing the App's data resets them.

Helping You Through Support

Support and bug reports. Our Support page (which opens inside the App's built-in browser) lets you send us a message or report a bug. When you do, you may share:

We only see this information when you choose to send a request, and we use it solely to reply to you and resolve the issue. The App itself doesn't access your camera directly — when you tap "take a photo", your device's built-in camera app handles everything and sends the result back to the form.

Sharing With Third Parties

We don't sell your data. We do share specific pieces with the partners we rely on to keep the App running.

AppsFlyer. We use AppsFlyer for mobile attribution and marketing analytics. The advertising identifier, attribution data, and your anonymous identifier are shared with AppsFlyer, and AppsFlyer also collects baseline device information (IP address, device model, OS version, and similar) as part of its standard operation. You can read AppsFlyer's full practices in the AppsFlyer Privacy Policy.

External links. The App may contain links — whether through the in-app browser or otherwise — to websites we don't control. We're not responsible for what those sites do with your information, so it's worth peeking at their own privacy policies.

Controlling Your Information

You're in charge of how your device interacts with the App. A few things you can do at any time:

Securing, Updating, and Other Legal Bits

Keeping your data safe. All network traffic between the App and our servers (and our partners') travels over HTTPS. We also apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards against unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure. No system is bulletproof, of course, but we keep our security practices under regular review.

Children's privacy. Gods and Myths is intended for adult audiences (18+) only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and we definitely don't direct the App at children under 13. If you believe a minor has provided information to us, please contact us using the details below and we'll delete it promptly.

Updates to this policy. We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top tells you when the most recent change happened. If we make a meaningful change, we'll do our best to make it noticeable — but it's worth checking back occasionally. Continuing to use the App after an update means you're okay with the revised policy.
